In the 70’s Ros was a well known potter in Dublin, with three major two-man shows in the Davis Gallery with batik artist, Bernadette Madden. She was a prize winner in the RDS Craft Show and has created many small sculptures in clay and bronze.

Due to a back operation in 1981 Ros abandoned her ceramics career and moved into two-dimensional media, making paintings and prints. She exhibits widely throughout Ireland and has had shows in Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Britain and the USA. She is also a member of the Pastel Society of Ireland.
