Responsible for direction, stage and costume design, Jonathan Meese collaborated with composer Bernhard Lang and orchestra conductor Simone Young on a contemporary revisioning of Wagner's "Parsifal".
In preparation, Meese worked at Keystone Editions to create a series of colour lithographs, as a special editions for the opera. Published by the Vienna-based Harpune Verlag in cooperation with Galerie Sabine Knust in Munich, the images incorporate many elements that were also present on stage.
